EVA/POE Heavy Layer Sheet Production Line
POE/EVA heavy layer sheet production line.
The EVA or POE based heavy layer sheet is mostly used in automobile industry, like automobile upholstery, sound barrier application.
This production line includes the mixing stage (dispersion mixer), after the mixing stage,come the lift loader and conic feeder→single screw extruder→mold (die head)→Three roller calender→cooling bracket→haul-off (traction)/edges trimming device→fixed length cutter (to get the final sheet in pieces).
