EVA Compound Granulation Line

 The EVA compound granulation line is ideal for producing EVA,TPR,PVC ,PP/PE with CaCo3 filler masterbatch,color masterbatch, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable materials,rubber granulation, etc.

1. Dispersion Kneader : the dispersion kneader is used to mix kinds of EVA, Rubber & plastic materials,make the materials perfect dispersion and well distrubuted before feeding to the extruder,ensure good quality of EVA compound to be output.

2. Bucket conveyor : This bucket conveyor send the ready mixing material to the feeding hopper of the EVA extruder (EVA pelletizer).

3. EVA Extruder (EVA granulator) : After conveyor transfer mixture to EVA extruder. The EVA granulation machine will make the EVA compound (pellets). 

4.Centrifugal cyclones with air blower: To cool down the EVA pellets.

5. Vibrating screen : The vibrating screen will further cool down the EVA pellets after cyclones,and screen out the powder or unqualified sizes.

6. Stirring Machine:It can mix the pellets with colors evenly, also used as a storage bin, ready for final package
