Rubber Vulcanizing Tank (EPDM Autoclave/Rubber Vulcanization Steam Boiler/EPDM Crumb Production Plant) size Φ1500x4000mm
①Vulcanization method:
Steam is fed into the vulcanization tank,the rubber is vulcanized by contact with high temperature steam with pressure. Connectors are reserved for the electric heating pipes for subsequent installation in the future if it is required by client.
②Door opening: use the air cylinder to lock or loosen the door. After the door is loosened, manually turn 90 degrees to open or close.
③Sealing method of the cylinder door : the use of “7-shaped” self-sealing structure, silicone rubber material, external inflation is not required.
④Pipe connection size: main exhaust DN40, bottom drain DN40.
⑤Safety interlock: pneumatic latch type, and electric contact pressure gauge linkage, no pressure can plug out.Pneumatic pin type, linkage with electric contact pressure gauge, only when there is no pressure, then you can plug out.
⑥Temperature control mode: Input vulcanization temperature by the temperature controller on the electric control panel, measured by the temperature sensor. Constant temperature.
⑦Pressure control mode: Set discharge pressure of over-pressure through the electric contact pressure gauge, automatic pressure relief.
⑧Time control: Set the time of vulcanization and temperature reservation through the time relay on the electric cabinet panel set the vulcanization holding time.
⑨Over-pressure control: Conducting pressure relief through the automatic exhaust valve for over-pressure. Or use safety valve to achieve automatic exhaust.
